Signatures?

Ok, I feel kind of embarrassed to ask this, but I just spent a good 15 minutes looking under every account option possible and I can't see where there is a forum post signature option.

Is this something manual that people do each time they post? A ton of people have their system info listed after ever comment.

New members need to have 25 posts before they can have a signature. This tends to cut down on spammers who are not willing to stay around long enough to get the required number of posts.

I don't know the answer but there may be a time limit. It looks like you signed up less than 24 hours ago.

Yes there is a time limit as well. You need to be registered 5 days and have 25 posts before you can have a signature.

Also, faking signatures is the mark of many spammers. If your signature is questionable or has links & you faked it with less than 25 posts, you'll probably be treated as a spammer.

Alright I've been lurking Anandtech since around 2003 when I really got into computers and finally made an account in 2007 but I literally never used it. I've used other forums many times before, but here I cannot for the life of me understand how to edit my signature. The option is not there in the user cp, I checked everywhere! I might be blind, or is there some kind of pre-requisite that I make a certain amount of posts?

You need a minimum of 25 posts, even if you've been a member since... (pulls date out of the air...) August 2007.
