I cannot remember how to put and equation into sigma notation and solve it on the calculator using sum-sequence.

Can anyone tell me how to put: -0.1x^2 +7 from -1 to 6 with 100 increments into these notations using the trapezoid rule? thanks.

cause i dont want to write out f(-1) through f(6) with 100 increments, plus, there are other similar problems, i just need a refresher cause i cant get the notation or sum seq right
