Sorry, people who think this was just a stunt, is ridiculous
I don't really believe it either but these days I don't put much past people.
It was a heat of the moment thing for Will where he suddenly paid heed to a thought injected into his mind by the Devil that he gotta be a man and defend his woman's honor (never mind the possibility that it may have been weeks/months/years since he may have had slept with her).It does make Will's outrage less believable, especially when you take into account that Rock's causal comment wasn't some kind of crass, gross insult.
And the plot thickens...It was a heat of the moment thing for Will where he suddenly paid heed to a thought injected into his mind by the Devil that he gotta be a man and defend his woman's honor (never mind the possibility that it may have been weeks/months/years since he may have had slept with her).
I saw a YT short of Rock talking about the slapgate incident in one of his shows. The things he said (I don't remember exactly) would make anyone confident that he is not gonna forgive Will Smith as long as he is alive.
I find that very hard to believe. Unless he was messing with her.And the plot thickens...
