<sigh> *The* Nextel fan admits Sprint Customer Service SUCKS.

You know, after dealing with Nextel CS for a *long* time... the first time I have to call Sprint Nextel customer service, the experience is horrible. The idiot rep didn't seem to know about what he was doing but he was probably the rudest person I've ever spoken to in CS. :|

</pathetic rant>

Nevermind.

I used to use Sprint years ago, and had just gotten resigned to the fact I would have to wait an hour to get a CS rep on the phone (though it's possible they've improved by now - this was 4 years ago). It just about blew me away the first time I called Verizon, and got a friendly, helpful CS rep after less than 30 seconds!

i have never had a prob getting a t-mobile rep or prob resolved quickly..sort of a shock after coming from an AT&T contract where you literally waited hours for someone live to talk to you...only to be put on hold and transferred around

I got a Sprint rep within 5 minutes or so, but that doesn't score high points with me.

I'm not sure how many times I've had to call Verizon... I *still* think that Verizon has the absolute worst Customer Service on Earth. Erhm. Next to Dell, that is.

Huh - I've never had anything but positive experiences with Verizon CS, who I've called probably ten times over the years.

I guess I don't agree. Most of my friends and family also use Verizon and report similar experiences. Perhaps you've just had a nasty string of luck, or their call centers are regional? I've had great luck with them while living in WA and MN.

Perhaps it is a regional thing, I don't know.

we sell sprint/verizon

both are a hit or miss.

the end.

Poor guy, I left there earlier this summer, after LP started hassling me over crap someone at another store did. Our district lost like 8 great salespeople because of it, none of whom were even involved or knew about the issue, but all were hassled over it just because LP likes to do that.

BTW, heard that the Vzn contract may be going away end of this year, if so enjoy those SPIFFs while you can 🙂...oh, and Sprint CS sucks hardcore, even when I called them as a 3rd party rep, they simply didn't care and didn't know. As a customer I just avoid dealing with them altogether.
