***sigh**** how to make a bootable floppy?

this is what I did right click on floppy select format and and copy sys files only? what in trying to do is make a bootable flopy so i can flash my BIOS to get better cd rom support so i can boot from a cdrom and run win98 on one drive and win2k on my other hd.

yah. c prompt. windows format got such option also.
