Siemens 2410 for $49 at Staples.

I guess Staples is clearing these out. Still a good value.

This is the handset & base combo (not the handset & charger combo), and can be used by itself, or as an addition to other Siemens 24xx series phones.

The handset itself is worth it. Has every feature you can think of.

Any coupons to make this better?

This system is OK, not great. Works better once you replace (you'll have to) the rechargeable AA cells.

good feature that they take rechargeable AA batteries that can be easily replaced. want to get one of those base systems and add on a charger/handset or two. want to put a cordless somewhere in the house that doesn't have room for a base or has no phone jack.

I bought this one from Staples about a month ago for 49 bucks and it worked great with my 2400 base. A week later i went back and bought 2 more, now i have a complete set for less than what Bestbuy is selling.
If you have the base it will work as an additional handset (no phone jack required) but if you don't have the base it will work like any other phone except better.
