I hope this sound like too dumb of a question. I'm researching into Siebel's core products, and one of the new developments that they're really touting is their Universal Application Network. I'm still not quite sure how it's supposed to help a business, or what makes it so special from the other applications that Oracle and Peoplesoft provides.
If any of you have had any experience using Siebel products, or have experience working in this industry, could you give me a brief explanation about Siebel's UAN? Any insights or opinions you offer would be greatly appreciated!
