How come with my pc(see sig, game pc) SBA is default off though my pc and my video card support it? The optimum setting is SBA off according to coolbits 2. why? Dosent SBA give you more FPS?
Should I enable or disable it?

Best to leave it disabled. It was a feature that proved to introduce alot of instability with little or no gain in performance.
 
I never had any problems with it on. Same with fastwrites. I say enable. If you run in problems you can simply disable it.
