I emptied my stomach contents on Tuesday morning via the "in door", so I decided to take the day off of work. Once I was done I gave myself 2 hours before consuming any liquids, and 8 hours before consuming food. This lets my stomach "reset" so I don't keep upsetting it and keep getting sick.
For dinner that night I made some couscous (pasta cut into tiny fragments) in chicken broth. I figured what would be better than something that is basically already pre-chewed?
