I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1 with the latest updates, Adobe Flash Player 11.1.102.63, Firefox 11

Randomly, I would keep getting errors while watching videos on YouTube that an error has occured and I'd have to refresh the page to play it correctly, this happens randomly

I have read that many people are facing this issue lately

Is this a Firefox bug? a Flash Player bug? or something else?

Heck if it is a Firefox bug then Id either downgrade to Firefox v3 or ditch Firefox and install IE and have to deal with the crappy ads everywhere

Don't even install flash on your computer, just go to Youtube with Chrome, it defaults to HTML5

This sounds like a network issue and not a Flash issue. Maybe it started defaulting to a lower res stream because Firefox's html5 doesn't support h.264?

I get those too from time to time, I think it might have something to do with the distribution of the videos perhaps. On the other hand I found youtube's HTML5 video to be buggy and slow for me.
