I would try to boot with only cpu and memory in play first.
If you still get nothing, its time to send the thing back.
I have one with the say problem. I get lights in side and on the front but no video.
I had to RMA it.

I've been working with a shuttle too (i can't remember the exact model... something 41G). Anyway, we couldn't get anything to show up on the monitor which had been working find on another computer. We found that if you slowly pull out the VGA plug or hold it at certain angles the screen flickers on but remains unstable. We took everything apart and the connections to the motherboard seemed fine so it looks like the pin holes in the VGA socket may have some bad connections. I think pin 11 on ours was pushed back. The same thing happened with another one a partner was using. I think it's simply an issue with quality control, but if you find out anything else, please respond. Also, try s-video if you can - worked fine for us (ugly though).

I had this problem with my SN41G2 as well...RMA'd it, they sent it back saying it worked fine with their tests. Plugged all of my equipment back in and it booted fine...and has been running fine for the past 4 months or so. I have no idea what caused the problem. Sorry I don't have a solution--just wanted to let you know it's not an isolated incident.
