Shuttle XPC SN95G5 and XFX 6600GT?

I'm going to buy a Athlon64 3500+ and Shuttle SN95G5 on tuesday. I'm thinking of gettin ga XFX 6600GT and i'm just wondering if the XPC (240w ps) will be enough to power it.
