Shuttle SN95G5 Windows refuses to recognize USB 2.0

I have a Shuttle SN95G5 which has the nforce3 chipset which is supposed to provide USB 2.0 speed USB ports. Shuttle says to upgrade to XP SP1 (or run some other hotfix) to get USB 2.0 compatibility. I've installed SP1 and now I'm running SP2 and still no luck, I still get 1.0 speeds. I've tried both uninstalling the drivers to see if windows might install better ones when it redetects the ports on restart and I've also upgraded to the newest nforce drivers off nvidia's site. Yet still when I plug in my USB 2.0 camera I get the "you should use this device in a USB 2.0 port" message from windows and under the device manager my USB ports show up as "Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller." I read on this board about a guy with a Gigabyte mobo that was giving him the same problems, and what he did was install some Windows ME drivers that came with his mobo and for some reason they worked, but Shuttle has given me no USB drivers whatsoever here. Does anybody have any ideas?

SN95G5 (version 1 I believe, I got it just when it came out)
Windows XP Pro SP2

I tried that both before and after installing the nfoce package and it always chooses the same Microsoft driver. I guess I'll try contacting shuttle tech support.... there aren't any SN95G5 users here that have USB 2.0 working fine?
