Shuttle SN25P networking issue

Hello,

I recently got a SN25P and have been having some issues that I would like some assistance with.

When browsing web pages each item (images, documents, ect.) takes forever to begin transfering, but my overall transfer rate is still high. If I load the connection with multiple transfers windows starts repeatedly popping up the "Network Cable Unplugged" icon. As soon as I halt the transfers it stops. None of the other machines on my netowrk are experiencing this issue. I have tried with both the NVidia firewall and Windows firewall enabled/disabled with the same result.

I also ocasionall have been getting BSD's, different every time. Ive had a couple of the pool manager and IRQL not less than ones, along with an error with nvnrm.sys. I think these could be memory related but a couple passes with memtest86 generated no failures.

This is the first time I have used service pack 2, so im not sure if this is related to that.

The rest of the hardware in the box:
Athlon 3500+ Venice core
2x 512Mb Corsar XMS cl2
2x WD 36Gb raptors
WD 250GB Sata
Gigabyte 6800GT

Well, I feal like an idiot now, if anyone else has this same issue, all it takes is totaly remove the nvidia NForce Netowork Manager.... (cries)
