Shuttle SB61G2: current transfer mode not optimal - WTF?

I ran Sandra Performance Tune-up on my SB61G2 and I was informed that my ATA device (I assume it's my WD Raptor) had a problem: "Warning W3104 - Current transfer mode not optimal, i.e. not highest supported."

I checked the Device Manager, it's set for Auto Detection and current transfer mode is "Ultra DMA mode 5" - I believe the WD Raptor is "Ultra DMA mode 6" capable, how do I enable "Ultra DMA mode 6"? I've checked every Windows option and BIOS option and could not find anything about modifying it.

Maybe it's my DRU-530A DVDRW? I checked the Device Manager, the DVDRW is set for Auto Detection and current transfer mode is "Ultra DMA mode 2" - is this normal?

Should I ignore Warning W3104?

The WD Raptor is a SATA drive. I've set the BIOS "On-Chip Serial ATA" setting to Enhanced Mode. Anybody have any ideas?
