i could really use help here guys. i can't boot off either my PCI RAID card (IDE) or on board SATA RAID when I choose either of them as the 1st boot drive. when i do, i get "Boot Failure..."
the weird part -- if i select CD-ROM as my 1st boot drive and stick a bootable Windows CD in (i just don't press a key to Boot from CD when it asks) i CAN boot off either RAID drives, which i set as 2nd boot drive. wtf?!
i thought it had to do with my PCI RAID. as if it couldn't detect it in time... so i bought 2 SATA drives to try on-board RAID. i'm hating this machine right now... any help would be appreciated.
