I have the already mentioned board and was wondering what a good program would be to monitor my cpu temp in windows.
 
Motherboard monitor 5 will work, but you will have to calibrate it to the readings in the bios hardware monitor section. It takes just a few minutes. When the system is warmed up, reboot and check the last section of the bios, usually on the left side. Write down the readings, and try each of the first 2 or 3 settings available in mbm5 until they match.

I agree Motherboard Monitor is the way to go
 
Same here, MBM 5 on that board, but keep in mind that the readings you get are most likely a bit too low to be true. My Barton 2500@3200 under full load only reaches 40°C with a case temp of 37 °C according to MBM5 reading the Shuttle AN35N-U sensors. But at least it gives u a good indication. 😀
