Yeah, I got an35n-ultra running windows 98se.

I find the installer proggie has a little glitch.. I'll try to explain here, but if you probs feel free to pm me.

You will be prompted to insert your win98se disk, after doing so you will be asked to click on it (whatever the real term is). There is a directory, your optical drive will not show the win98se disk, it remains showing the driver disk. This caused me probs cuz I couldn't select the drive with the 98 disk and it kept wanting to abort the install. Just highlight and expand the shuttle driver cd, it will show the win98 disk contents. Choose the file "win98" and continue.

I would expect it to be the same. But who knows, maybe the installer will work better with 98 (1st edition)?

nV H8s supporting 9x, they only do it because many overseas customers still use it. I installed 98se on a nforce chipset a ways back and it was like pulling teeth. I even had to install all the ram controllers manually. Hope things have changed since.
