Shuttle AN35N wont post with gf4ti...

i just got a new shuttle an35n nforce2 board and set it all up. installed geforce4 ti4200 and went to hit power switch... NO POST. swapped the gf4 with an old matrox g400 and POSTED. went into BIOS and disabled agp8x and fastwrites. swapped the gf4 back in and NO POST. grrrrrrr... took out my 9800pro from my main machine and put my gf4 in that... POSTED. okay so the gf4 works fine but it wont post in my shuttle nforce2 motherboard. bios is latest and i have an adequate powersupply. ive tried reseating the agp card multiple times but it wont give. power turns on fans spin on the cpu and videocard but the monitor light stays yellow. this is really starting to bother me cuz i wanted to use this card for a lan box. been building computers for 6 years and have run into numerous problems but i cant find a solution to this one.

I am fairly sure this is a know problem, you can read more Here. Those folks have same issue

i have a gf4 4200 in the same bd. and had no trouble at all with it.

Try raising AGP voltage to 1.7.
