I am getting a Shuttle AK31 v3.1 and a t-bird 1.2ghz proc. Currently I have a Shuttle AV11 with a Intel 800mhz proc. Now I am considering getting a new PSU. The PSU I currently have is an L&C 300 Watt PSU > model number = LC-300ATX. The actual outputs are

+3.3V 14A
+5V 25A
+12V 10A
+5SB 1A
-5V 0.5A
-12V 0.5A

Do u think I will need a new PSU for my new stuff ?( AK31, amd t-bird )

I would try your old one first. I used an old sparkle 235 watt ps on my last 1700 xp and it ran fine overclocked at 138 fsb. The 5v rail was about 4.95 and the 12v was 11.93.

I'm using a 235W psu that came with my trusty enlight 7237 (i think) case. No problems but the power provided is a bit low.. getting figures like -11.74 for the -12 and things like that. Either way my athlon 950mhz cpu is running great on my shuttle ak31 rev3.1... just trying to figure out better ways to o/c the damn thing.
