Shuttle 939 Comparisons

I wanted to build either one of these 939 shuttles. Not really interested in the other Shuttle 939 barebones..

Besides the obvious difference in chipset and pcie vs agp..any considerable differences between these two?

I'm mainly concerned with the video card choices. I can either get a 6800GS pcie, or a x850AGP. Both are around the same price, i've seen the x850agp for 200AR more than once already at outpost, while the 6800gs is obvious.

Any help or thoughts? the pcie version would be $30 cheaper too AR...
 
I've owned one of each and have had good experiences both times. To me, there was no noticeable difference in speed / overclockability. I personallly loved the look of the SN95G5, but the finish on the ST20G5 took a little getting used to. For the price (AR) and the upgrade path offered by PCIE, I would go w/ the ST20G5.
