I got a Nforce1 mobo (MSI) that most of the time shuts down when I come out of sleep mode. The computer will be 'asleep' for awhile. I'll move the mouse to wake it up. The screen will come back up and it will say 'windows is shutting down' and proceeds to do so. Of course, this is VERY annoying. The computer works just fine otherwise. This is running WinXP Pro, with a Athlon XP 1700 and 256 megs of ram.
