Shutting down AIM with a hotkey?

Is it possible to shut down AOL Instant Messenger using a hotkey? I didn't see anything in the Preferences about that. Perhaps it's possible to write a batch file, then assign a shortcut key to it?

The Reset button works pretty well too, but neither are what I had in mind.

Alt+Tab to what you should really be doing.

Well I know all the obvious ways to look like I'm working , but I like to keep my taskbar docked, and as such, it's obvious if I'm on IM if the man with the blue circle is in the corner and a window or two are blinking as well.
