Shutdown problem with Win2k

Thats it basically it won't bloody shut down now. I thought it was great untill this!

Anyone had this problem?

I am off to MSN to find out!
 
Make sure APM is checked in the "Power" folder inside the "Screen Saver" folder.

Go to Device Manager and at the top select "View". Then select "Show hidden devices" Then you should see something about "Legacy......" Make sure it is enabled.
