Shut Down Problem

I am running Win98SE and have fast shut down disabled.
When I shut down I get a GPF at MSGSRV32.EXE. I can click my way out and shut down OK. Every thing else is A-OK.
Does anyone have any ideas what that GPF is???

check this out: http://www.microsoft.com/windows98/downloads/corporate.asp go to the 'RECOMMENDED UPDATES' and your shutdown problems should be past...

Soon I will have more patches than system. Oh well, it's MS of course.
