hmmm. good question. All i know is those packing supply companies sell those machines. I don't know if they offer the service. Maybe you can phone them up and ask them if they anyone that charges a fee to do it.

Some packaging stores will do it, along with a few craft stores. (Ben Franklin, etc) Usually in the gift wrapping section. You can also buy shrink wrap yourself and do it with a hair dryer. If you get some fancy-colored stuff you can make some rather sexy halloween costumes with it as well. ;)

Bad idea.

# 1 -Need to get it HOT to shrink.

# 2 -Can't breathe. (That stuff REALLY shrinks.)

#1 - The previously mentioned hair dryer works on certain, less effective types of shrink wrap.

#2 - If you can wear a corset you can wear this stuff. (the less shrinky, not so "have to get hot" stuff)

I called Kinko's and The UPS Store. No luck.
I don't know who else to call. What places sell DIY shrinkwrap? Got any names of big chain stores?

No body parts are being shrinkwrapped, lol!!!
I just need to shrinkwrap some books.

I just need to shrinkwrap some books.

I had a guy sell me "brand new, shrink-wrapped" textbooks though Amazon Marketplace; the idiot didn't thoroughly check the book and there were highlights in the first chapter; complained, got refund, gave bad rating describing devious practice...and noticed very few people bought from him afterwards.

Well, I'm not trying to sell the books, I'm trying to return them.
Wife bought 'em last week and opened the shrinkwrap to flip through one of the books. Then she dropped the class yesterday and class hadn't even started yet so she didn't use the books. Some of them are even still in the torn shrinkwrap.
