What is the best and easiest way to shrink videos created with a digital camera? not a video camera, but the vids from your point and shoot...

I use VirtualDub, free, and really useful. You'll also be able to rotate the image 90 degrees for the videos you shot vertically.

Google it and you should find it.

shrinking the videos is mostly a matter of choosing a different codec. most point and shoot digital cameras us mjpeg as the codec, which doesn't compress it very much at all. choose a different one and you'll find a big improvement in size.
