I think he was a lot more versatile too. Not only did he come from Dimension X, he used a lot of technology to go after the turtles. Shredder had a stupid Foot soldier gang who couldn't fight, and really was just a standard criminal with some blades on his outfit.

One looks fairly badass.

The other looks like someone sneezed up a sentient lifeform.


 
i have to say krangs dimension x accent and gay-looking robot-suit made him much more entertaining...
 
depends. the cartoon or orginal comic book? Shredder from the orginal B&W comic book was a badass. man it was a great series.
 
I went with Krang because he didn't make it into the movies, always wanted to see him live action.

Pretty much the only line I remember from my old TMNT VHS's from when I was a kid.
 
shredder b/c when i was a kid, I traced that same damn picture 10,000 times. that is from the original TMNT, right? when it was all bloody and kickass, there was no Krang, Dimension X, or any of the cartoon BS, right?


Though i still like Krang. Pal of mine did the most incredible Krang voice. "Schwredder! The turtles have the Mewutagen!!!"
 
I never understood what the big deal with Krang was. They never showed him fucking shit up on the cartoon, yet everyone was scared of him.
