Where the heck does the shredded remains go?

16 sheets at a time?!??!?!

Here is a LINK to the Fellows website...look at the item.

Basically looks like a shredder for big lineprinter (tractor fed) printouts.

I bet this puppy is LOUD. Looks like this offer doestn' include the stand.....

EDIT: Duh...guess I should read the original post more carefully. :)

We already have one of these in our office. It's the 2000 model, with 2 motors. It is loud, but goes through paper like a hot CPU through butter;)

I was searching for a second one, when I came across the above link.

Follow the links on the site and you're buying a copyholder!

It leads you to a site selling the fellowes FEL-20000 copy holder for $8.26.

I read this about shredders in one of the Usenet news groups:

>>I just through standing on my Fellows ps 55CC cross-cut shreader..... I
>>loads up. Anyone have a good x-cut shreader they can recommend? I have to
>>stand on it to keep the top from separating, which stops it from
>>running.......

>GBC Shredmaster Cross-Cut Shredder 55X $50 at Staples. Says it will do 3 - 4 sheets at a time >but over heats and stops. If you don't use it alot and are willing to do 1 or 2 sheets at a >time, it's fine for the money.
>
>GBC Shredmaster Deluxe Cross-Cut Shredder 85X, much better $130.

I know of people who've had <$30 Fellows shredders konk out on them within a month.
