You're suppose to stick your memory as far away from your CPU as possible.

i.e. bank 2 and bank 3

AND WHY THE NF7-S? Why not the DFI Ultra Infinity?

may i ask why you made this statement? what's so bad about using bank 1 and 2. dual channel only works on 1 and 2 doesn't it?
That's what I thought.

And... the NF7-S is a kickass, proven board.

DFI Ultra Who?

lol

You're assuming I paid money for any of it... Barter system rocks!
It's my old 1.3mp Olympus D-460. Not too bad for 1.3mp huh?
Wow!

Really nice for only 1.3mp. :Q

Looks like one of these.
Thats it. I love it. picked it up at newegg.

I have a third stick of RAM that's not an exact match so I'll eventually have a 3 slots filled. Just starting it off with the 2 matched sticks.

Should've spent more $ on a better case

I'm not into flashy cases with side windows and stuff. It's an Enlight EN 72xx (cant remember the actual model). It's a well built solid case with a good power supply.

Now I just need to replace my plethora of hard drives (3 x 80g WD 1x 30g WD) with a couple of really big ones. :)

Kinda sounds like me.

I have Hitachi 80gb, Maxtor 60gb, WD 20gb, and WD 18gb.

I just need to get a 250gb drive and be done with it, lol..

That's my next big purchase when they come down in price. Got my eye on this one. But I'm about $200 short of the asking price :)

I guess it's ok to set electronic items on a desk? I've always assumed it was bad and when I saw FS/T pics with an item on a desk (or anything other than in a system or on an as bag) I passed on them.
