Is there a reason for this being removed and restricted, or was it perhaps unintentional?

MotF Bane, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

What is it? What is it part of? Where is it from? How did you get there? Why do you think it should be accessible?

One explanation could be that you can't get there because we don't HAVE groups to show.

Okay, it's called showgroups, the link to get there is normally next to "mark forums read", and is named "show forum leaders". It shows who the staff members are, what sections they are in charge of, et cetera. When this board went live, it was there. It's a standard part of VB, and a permission access error usually means it still exists (versus an invalid link/nonexistent error). So yes, you have groups to show. Someone commented (I think a PFI thread) that they wanted to know what sections moderators controlled, and this is an easy way to look it up.
