Thought came to my mind, ever think of marketing the story of your travels to discovery channel or something like that? Or write a book?
 
Even if it were real, you spend thousands of dollars doing DNA tracing to find the culprits... and then what? When I was in the dorm, we never had any rule stating not to masturbate in the shower (it was unwritten). It's not illegal (because a dorm shower is not a public area even if several people share it). They could risk getting sued and post the names of the culprits all over campus, but what would that accomplish?
