I'm on an every other day schedule during low activity months.

Spring summer fall, it's needed almost daily due to life outside and sweating more.

It's extremely common for me to shower twice a day. My routine is as follows:

-Up at 5 AM
-Cycling on the trainer 1-2hrs depending on the day & workout
-In the shower
-Work all day at my job
-Go home
-Run days, I run and then shower after. Swim days, I swim and then shower at the pool.

Two days a week i don't double up on workouts. Monday and Friday usually. Monday has no bike in the morning, but I shower before work because I'm not a frigging neanderthal. In the evening I will swim or run and shower afterwards. Friday I bike in the morning and shower afterwards. Usually don't have an evening workout so don't shower in the evening.

People that don't shower are disgusting. And more than likely are also fat. Evidence: if you worked out, even a little bit, you'd perspire and want to shower. No, sweating while you eat does not count.

Actually you'd be surprised how many people who work out don't shower, I don't understand how they can stand it since it's pretty disgusting but it happens. Also, the people on here who don't shower and say they smell fine don't realize how bad they smell to everyone else, you get used to your own smell so even if you don't shower you won't think it's as bad as it actually is. It's like those guys who have BO so bad it's like a punch in the face, no way they could live with that if it smelled as bad to them as it does to everyone else.

I'm part Mexican, I can break out into a sweat just driving a car. I also produce enough skin oils to choke a donkey. Between those two things if I don't shower daily even I cannot stand it.

I don't work out, and I'm not fat.
But I'm on the Ns1 shower plan too.

this thread is kind of eye opening - i thought taking a daily shower was a given.

Yeah, same here. Just like I always thought washing your hands after any bathroom trip would be a given but I was wrong in that case (from several threads in this forum).

I'm not a multiple-shower-a-day person (especially since I don't sweat from working out nor do I roll in feces) but go a couple days without showing and then wipe your pooper, even if you didn't poop since your last shower. That's what I thought. And plus there's the pit smell.
