I don't shower for a week. I've never had any complaints yet. I wear the same t-shirt multiple times with no complaint. I have friends that would tell me it was off putting. Nobody has a clue. I have no idea if it's just in my body chemistry. I do sweat, just not a lot. I do go on 15 mile bike rides as well in the warmer spring to summer months.

I do full body showering everyday. No exception. The only time that I would not do that would be because I was sick.

I feel I have to shower when I get up, it's basically part of my process of getting up. To get up, and just get dressed right away just feels wrong. The only time I may change that routine is when I'm camping or out of town or otherwise out of my regular routine anyway. Depending on the situation it might be easier to shower at night, or in the case of camping, not shower at all. I replace that with going for a dip in the lake later in the day and cool off. When I go on a family vacation I usually shower at night, as it's one less person having to shower in the morning, and just feels less rushed.

One of these days I want to move to North Korea, in that land of dreams you never have to shower. You just don't get dirty.

Speaking of showers, avoid German made shower heads, they're kinda awkward and make you feel sleepy.
