I bought off of ebay on a whim more or less (always wanted one, was flipping through, saw it and said "today's the day!" about 9 years ago. Shipped to WI from CA. It's 99% original still (minus wheels etc) and is starting to "turn the corner" and fall apart on me. Time to put some money and time into the old girl.
(I have neither of those sadly)
 
You know...I was thinking about it, and back in the day if someone made a thread called "Show off your man toys", someone would have posted their junk by the 3rd post.

I suppose you could consider that accurate if you consider all title 2 weapons to be "prohibited." The law generally views them as "restricted" though.

Plus if you start using the word "prohibited" in Texas, you get into another set of laws, that being the state laws of Texas governing "prohibited" weapons.

Heh, they're cheap and effective for a certain stingy feeling that only a wooden instrument will give you 😛

The black strip of leather towards the top, between the purple flogger (which is suede, btw) and the thin black cane, is from Barnes and Nobles & is normally used just to keep books open.

A good rule of thumb in bdsm is that you'll save money whenever you can use a 'pervertable' from every day life.

Irritating use of the term "class 3." That originated from the need for an FFL to pay a SOT (Special Occupational Tax) 3 in order to transfer and possess title 2 weapons. As a customer, you don't have a "class 3" anything. You have a title 2 weapon transfered by an SOT 3 FFL.

And mere mortals can't own P90s. The best you can do is a semi-automatic PS90 with a 10" barrel (a title 2 SBR.) Or you can get your FFL, pay your SOT 3 and get one of the sweet dealer samples floating around on subguns.net. Of course, then it's more like you're "renting" your machine guns for ~$1000 a year. 😉 Since dealer samples have to be transfered out of your possession if your FFL ever lapses.

There are semi auto receiver kits for M-60s out there allowing you to build your own legally, register the SN# you choose to give it with the ATF... and that is all there is to it.

Buddy wanted one, was able to buy all the M-60 parts except for the full auto receiver which he didn't want anyway. Some guy in Florida makes the semi auto receivers for the M-60. So he built it because he could. 🙂

The ATF has no interest in serial numbers of home made title 1 firearms. Anyone can manufacture a title 1 firearm (provided it is not being manufactured for the purpose of selling it.) ATF strongly recommends engraving a serial number on any firearms you manufacture, and some states compel you to do so by law. But ATF has no mechanism to register the serial numbers of title 1 weapons.

I spent all morning surrounded by M2s, Mk19s, M240s and M249s so you'll understand if I don't get too excited about the prospect of a semi-automatic belt fed weapon.
