I want to see the range of aesthetics for cases that people buy. Now it seems that looks for a PC don't really mean much to anyone (in reality it shouldn't). But when people come over and you say "I built that myself", the looks of a case go a long way, determining "Eh..okay.." from "cool", at least until you turn it on and show them your master machine:).

Excatly.
My PC is a functional tool, not a decoration, I like simple computer white that fades into the background, my case is large because I have a lot in it, but it doesn't have a fancy (read: ugly) front panel like those Antec SX cases....

What I care about is how it's built inside, and the Q500N is very well put together.

Anyhow, here's my plain looking case:

I don't think you need a scanner to get a pic of your case. I don't think the case would fit in your scanner anyway. You might want to try a digital camera.
