Shouldn't Windows Media Center Edition come with a COA Sticker?

The title pretty much says it all. If you buy WinMCE 2005, it comes with two CDs, and a typical yellow Key sticker, but shouldn't it also have the hologram sticker that serves as the COA; even if it's OEM?

I don't believe that OEM anything should come with those yellow key stickers, those are only on volume licensed software according to my experience (could be wrong). I would definitely contact microsoft anti-piracy and ask them to confirm whether you have a valid license, b/c my gut feeling is that you bought software which was not supposed to be re-sold.

I'll try to register them today, hopefully I won't have a problem. The CDs do NOT say "not for resale" and are not branded as Dell, Compaq, Gateway, etc...

My OEM MCE 2005 came with a COA sticker to stick to the case, it has a keyboard background and a small hologram on the right side with COAPC repeated under (no yellow key sticker). I purchased it at Newegg the day they were available.

EDIT: I also got a copy with my Action Pack subscription. The media is exactly the same...and it came with a yellow key sticker...and no hologram COA sticker hmmmmm.

from the guy who sold it to me
There is no COA sticker, just the hologrammed CDs and the CD Key... This is how it came to me as a demo OEM copy.

Great, what is this Action Pack you folks described. Is it a Not for resale item?

Glendor...

Microsoft Action Pack is a great program (IMHO) if you can qualify Link

Its subscription based, definately NFR and licences are not transferable.

I've gotten microsoft software that didn't have the COA. It was thru my schools Buckeye Bundle student software program.
