Diagnosis: Left Shoulder "Acute Rotator Cuff Tendonitis".
Injury Date - Feb 5th (over 10 days ago)
Took off sling on Feb 16th (Doctor tested left shoulder and told me to take it off)
What's the fine line between stretching/PT vs. waiting for the pain/swelling to go down?
I've read online about the dangers of shoulder stiffness, but I don't want to push my ligaments/tendons/etc. too much before it's ready.
