So I've been having this shoulder pain in my right shoulder during certain movements. It usually involved cleans, and probably most specifically the squat clean, but if I get heavy on presses it starts coming as well. I've had no problem with it during pullups or HSPU's.
I went to the chiro (for a general visit) and mentioned it to him, and on the first visit he did some rotary motions with it and said it seemed like I might have a torn labrum. He (and I) could feel it shift in a way that it shouldn't be able to. He told me to take it easy and see him again in a week or so. I went back again and he told me that it didn't seem to be shifting as much.
I'm not sure if there's an actual injury or I just have a weakness in that shoulder, which is possible since it's my non-dominant arm. Is there any good way to test it at all, and any tips on increasing shoulder strength? I feel I'm pretty strong overall, but I just lag behind so much on these specific movements because of my one shoulder.
