Lie on the floor face down.

Extend your arms out so you can touch a wall.

Now keep your nose in contact with the floor and have your fingers 'walk up the wall'. See how high you can get your fingers to go whilst keeping your nose touching the floor. Measure from the floor to the where you can reach up.

Remember you nose has to be in contact with the floor.

I can get 77cm.

Hmmm. how close to the wall are you?

That is insane shoulder flexibility!

Arms have to be straight and your nose on the floor.

Straight as in Your back and arms make a "T"? Or that they're straight "up" as it were, from your body laying down?

Clarify, man!

yes, they are 🙂 sadly my right shoulder is injured atm, so that is only my left 🙁 I am relatively tall for a woman, so maybe that adds some of the length.

Thats it.

Straight as in from shoulder to your fingers with locked elbows.

are you leaning on the opposite side with your head turned to make your nose touch the floor, or are head & body both facing down?

36" (91.44cm) with my right arm, 40" (101.6cm) with my left. But my left shoulder is all screwed up, so it tends to do things it shouldn't. Like being able able to put my left hand on my back and slide up until the point where I'm scratching the back of my head.

am i allowed to move closer to the wall as my arms go up or should i lay closer to the wall to start out?

Head and body both facing down.

You can go closer to the wall as long as your nose is touching the floor.
