Should we tell kids about homosexuality

Kids should be taught good family values. Eventually children grow up and have to make decisions on their own. The best parents can do is to teach them what they feel is right. I cant imagine any child growing up in America that has not bee exposed in the media or in the news to some kind of education about homosexuality. I teach my children it is wrong. You decide what you want to teach.

I think kids should be taught the reality of life, and not some sugar coated version of it. I mean real sex education in public schools, real economic management, etc. We need to prepare our kids for the REAL world. I suggest this start in Junior High, when kids start making decisions that could affect them the rest of thier lives. Yeah I still say let Elementary kids be kids.

exactly. and it should be done to explicit detail. it certainly would have made my school more interesting.

An informed child knows when to spot a bad thing and keep on the right direction. If we did not inform them they may do something regrettable eg. influenced by primetime "pop" television programming and their secret gay and lesbian agenda.

They are your children.

But I would atleast ask that you present both sides of the arguement and let them choose 🙂
