Should we expect a Toxic 4890 @ release?

Just wonder if anyone have seen if only reference cooling designs are going to be released for the first long time after release? I want the Hd4870 toxic due to its cooler, but I might as well wait for the 4890 if I can get a cooler as silent as the other and better performance.
