Of course, i'm still in favor of free spech, it's just a lot more difficult when you have personal issues with something. It ALMOST makes me understand minorities when they complain about racism or that they need affirmative action. But "give me a handout because my relatives suffered" was never really my cup of tea. But that's a whole different can of worms...
I have NO idea what the content is on japseye.com, but if you get insulted by the domain then YOU are the one with the problem.

Yes, because I want a government controlled agency determining what is DESCENT for ME...

Sorry, but I think I can decide for my self... by NOT going to DieFags.com.

They should make it necessary to include real information when registering a domain. This way no 15 year old homophobe can hide behind his computer ripping on gays.

I would say NO to censorship even if it was fvckwhitey911wascoolIkilledyourmomandbeatyoursister.com.

Actually, this is required; there's just no real way to enforce it. And given what would be necessary to enforce it, I'm glad they haven't taken it that far. It would make registering a new domain a real PITA because you would have to go to some office and provide photo identification as well as proof of address.

It's IMPOSSIBLE to accurately and fairly censor domain names. What offends .01% of the population would have to be taken into account along with what offends 10% of the population. How do you draw the line? Where do you draw the line? Why is one semi-objectable thing ok and another semi-objectable thing not ok?
