What do you mean exactly? Like magnetic field for hard drives because you shouldn't have to worry about that at all.

yes but it can only be calculated by evaluating a telescopic power series to solve for the differntial in the monitors size over the processer speed

geeeeez, although at the back of my head, there was something wrong.

so should i be ok with it right next to the comp? gonna have to do that if i want dual display

I don't know for sure. I'm not a really good computer guy like some of the people here are. I would think that they could be as close as you need them to be. I know that at my high school, we always had the monitors sitting on top of the cases (those ones that were big squares, I don't know what the technical term is) and I never knew of any problems with them related to that.
