kind of like Alien vs Predator? We already have the director for both, so...

A story line that brings "a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away" and earth-born humans from the future together would be so riduclous and stupid that nobody anywhere would like it. It would be a terrible, horrible, awful idea.

Star Wars would destroy Star Trek tech. First idiot Trekkie who tries the "but but but lasers" argument should be banned.

*sigh*, most depressingly simple crossover ever.

1. Steal experimental, super-powerful transwarp drive from Borg cube.
2. Equip Enterprise with experimental transwarp, make using it the only way to escape from the cube. (ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!)
3. Accidentally transwarp Enterprise around a star.
4. End up a long time ago in a galaxy far far away
5. Nail tie fighters with precision point defense and blow up star destroyers with trans-phasic torpedoes.

Trek universe would win in a space battle, but the ground troops would all be done in by Jedi.

you must not be taking into account the parralax error in this picture if you think a puny galaxy class star ship can hold a candle to the might of a Star Destroyer

It wouldn't be much of a fight, star wars capital ships tend to be fairly helpless against smaller fast moving ships (Defiant, Prometheus) and they rely on unshielded or minimally shielded fighters for a lot of their offense, something Star trek weaponry has been shown to be easily capable of intercepting

I don't know what the size of the imperial fleet is but considering they failed to defend their greatest asset twice, I'm inclined to believe they'd be significantly outnumbered by the tens of thousands of starships under the federation which excludes the Klingon and Romulan fleet which I assumed would have some sort of pact/alliance. Not only that, the bulk of the imperial fleet consist of puny tie fighters.

It has been "technically" established that our universe is the same as the star wars universe. Star Trek is in our universe. So theoretically we could have a Borg vs The Empire movie.

The enterprise goes back in time all the time. Who's to say they could not go to a long time ago? It's more a question of distance than time. Star Wars is a galaxy far far away, but Picard's Enterprise has not seen 10% of the Milky Way galaxy alone.

Altho I prefer Trek star wars would win if only because of the more maneuverable fighter ships to which start trek has none of much note.
