Should the U.K. go to war with the U.S.?

One of the bombing suspects who died in the attacks, Jamaican- born Lindsey Germaine, had been in the U.S. within the past two years, ABC cited unidentified U.S. officials as saying. They are investigating people Germaine contacted in Ohio and New Jersey, the network said.
The connection between the U.S. and the London bombings is about as strong as the connection between Iraq and 9/11, I'd say.

Should we expect the RAF to conduct "Shock and Awe" over DC and New York soon?

Since this is at the top, I don't feel like a hypocrite for saying this:

Please ignore these people! When they post something this stupid and insipid, don't reply, and don't give them a chance to pleasure themselves by starting an argument over nothing for their own amusement.

Your Public Service Announcement brought to you by a nice can of .

Edit: Please don't respond quoting me and saying "yes, that's what we should do" ... that kind of defeats the point.

The U.S. does have WMD and a nuclear program as well as nuclear weapons they've actually used. It's being run by a tyrant who is responsible for untold thousands of deaths, torture, and dissapearances.

Regime change would seem to be indicated.

But wait, how could the UK justify attacking the U.S. when they have WMD too, and nuclear weapons, and a tyrant ruling them who is responsible for untold thousands of deaths, torture, and dissapearances.

I guess we'll just have to go see "War of the Worlds" and hope the aliens are benevolent and into regime change too.

Well remember, Saddam Hussein had connections to Al-Qaeda because al-Zarqawi was in an Iraqi hospital. Since some of these guys were in the US, our support of al-Qaeda is very strong by the same logic.

See, that's what I'm saying.

Don't forget Bush Sr.'s close relationship with the Saudis - sponsors of terrorism.

Did you read this on the onion because only they could possibly come up with something as stupid as this.

BBond, thanks a lot for reading my post and replying to such a stupid topic.
Who cares what you have to say? The topic at hand is a serious one. We're talking about possible U.S. connections to terror here. If anything, we need more posts.

According to the San Francisco liberal media the British have every right to attack us. Back a few years ago, when the Chimp put out one of his famous, the sky is falling vote for me, terrorist warnings based of 4 year old data and the egg on his face was starting to take up a lot of media attention, he did what he did with Valerie Wilson, exposed an covert terrorist information source for political expediency.

The traitor, I mean the Chimp announced that we had captured a Pakistani Al Qaeda member, the one the British had turned and was feeding them information on Al Qaeda communications and computer usage. From the info they gathered they learned of 12 people in Britten in the Leeds area that were Al Qaeda members before the Chimp blew his cover.

Had the Chimp not acted in his own political interest by announcing the capture of this agent the British had turned, the London bombings might not have happened. The British were forced to act before they had been able to gather all this spy could have fed them. Needless to say they were pissed.

But of course, none of this could possibly be true.

I think I have become less intelligent for reading this pathetic thread..

Im counting the minutes it takes all the other libbies to come running to the thread with more anti-american glee..

Here's a link to the story from CSM.

Did US blow cover on Al Qaeda mole?

"The whole thing smacks of either incompetence or worse," said Tim Ripley, a security expert who writes for Jane's Defence publications [who was interviewed by Reuters]. "You have to ask: what are they doing compromising a deep mole within Al Qaeda, when it's so difficult to get these guys in there in the first place? It goes against all the rules of counter-espionage, counter-terrorism, running agents and so forth. It's not exactly cloak and dagger undercover work if it's on the front pages every time there's a development, is it?"

It must all be just more Bush-bashing. Couldn't be a shred of truth to it.

SHHHHHH!!!

{You're outing our vast liberal conspiracy.}

Speaking of outing, along with Valerie Plame, here's another link on the mole Bush outed to raise the threat level so he could limit the bounce from the DNC. Like a typical true American hero, Bush puts NOTHING above personal gain.

This one is with a real libbie favorite, Juan Cole, from a real libbie favorite news outlet, Democracy Now!

Did the White House Sabotage the War on Terror by Leaking the Name of an al Qaeda Double Agent?

Well the US did train some of the bombers in our schools. IIRC the chemist who created the bombs went to a university in North Carolina. but of course the US didn't know of the attacks so need need to attack us.
