Should the TeAm issue a Team Challenge in WCG?

In WCG one team can issue a team challenge for races.
In the TAS poll some TAS:ers would prefer to run a BOINC-project instead of joining the 4th Annual Holiday Season Race @ Folding@home.
I can understand that - considering the (compared to BOINC) more complicated procedure setting up the F@H SMP and GPU-clients, especially when running those clients concurrently and neeeding to do that for e.g. 20 computers ...

I do not see any problems of initiating two races:

1. The above named traditional F@H race
2. A race against the other teams in WCG.

The second race is really no problem. The stats are all done by WCG.

We could develop the tradion of Holiday Season Racing by giving all TeAm members the option to join either F@H or a BOINC-projcet.

The disadvantage would be that probably fewer TeAm members would race in F@H becuase of the ease of joining the BOINC-project.

Please vote and help me to decide if I should issue a team challenge.

Yeah, I'll be on boinc. I'll probably move a couple machines over to F@H since I've not crunched on it actively in a while but its to hard to move everything.

oh no, that means 2nd place for me 🙁

We could also use the boinc production to finish off any other projects for the one million month, since most of our production will be moving to F@H.

OK, I'll set up the race as soon as I am back home. We may not win the race, but we should give those who want to contribute in the Holiday Season a chance.
So it will be the F@H race and for those who do not want to crunch F@H WCG will be open.
