You freak. Where is it in the constitution that alcohol or marijuana can be banned? Where is it that voting districts can be shaped to favor one party or the other?

I'm not seeing where multiple wrongs can logically be used to justify another. Nothing about this election kept people from voting so the VRA isn't applicable. In fact I don't know of a law which allows the federal gov to insert itself in this situation. At least as stupid as pot laws are there are some. In this case Justice determined it could interfere by fiat.
