Oh man, this city is right next to me...I go there often...I haven't seen any homeless sex though.

Next time, stop by the river and look down.

Edit: if you video tape it, it might make a great "Bums gone intercourse on DVD" movie. Make a fortune.

I used to live up there, too. There are lots of homeless from what I've seen, particularly near the freeway exits, asking for donations and what not. I never knew they had their own little communities.

There may be some public sexual acts that are occurring that is a violation of the law when it is witnessed by somebody. They need to give police a call, and we will respond when we can," Harden said.

LOL can you imagine that 911 call?

That's bull. Calls to the cops about that gets no results there. Its a common thing. Like the quote "we will respond when we can".

In most towns, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes for police to respond to any non-emergency call.

I doubt most mal-nourished males can last that long.

Geeze, even the homeless are high-class in Cali! What the hell? That's a pretty articulate homeless person, he's married, and he uses condoms (automatically making him more intelligent than every homeless person in Chicago). I don't get it...this guy obviously doesn't have to be homeless if he doesn't want to.

There appears to be a lot of stigma attached to being homeless. It's not that difficult to get stuck in a fvcked up situation where you're in a position to lose your house and job. Hell even Kurt Vonnegut was homeless for a decent period of time;I wouldn't assume all homeless people are inept.

Anyway, wtf is this "should they have sex?" nonsense, as though *you* should have any choice in the matter.

It reminds me of how some doctors allegedly would sterilize illegal immigrants after childbirth without telling them, or those who advocate sterilization for certain races/economic strata.

Sounds like they are getting overpopulated. They are going to have to have a Homeless season to thin out the herd.

Ammo loaded: Check.
Full auto: On.
Safety: OFF.

I'm ready.

That's the problem with most homeless. They are homeless and jobless by choice. I have no problem helping my fellow man and woman back on their feet, but the rest of them who choose this lifestyle can starve for all I care.
