Should not see me program?

I was shutting down win2k to do some maintenance on my computer when it was trying to end task a program that said "should not see me". I searched the forums and I haven't found anything about someone knowing about this program? Does anyone know what it is? Is it something I should worry about. I didn't think it was a virus since I just did a fresh install of win2k on my system.

are you using VMware? if so thats what that is, update your version and it should go away.

Not using VMWare....I read that too...but since it was a fresh install with no programs installed besides the basic drivers for my periph. I was wondering what this could be.

It's not a program. It's just shutting down some processes and saving your data before shutting down. Nothing to worry about. Not spyware, not anything.
